Viewing and Changing Your Password For Microsoft

Note: You will need to know your current password to reset your password, if you don't know your current password email helpdesk@asiasociety.org 

1. Navigate to https://myapplications.microsoft.com/
2. Login with your Asia Society email address Example: (jdoe@asiasociety.org)
   
3. Then enter your Asia Society password
   
4. A code will pop up on the screen where you are logging in. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app which will then send a notification your iPhone or Android device, open the app and enter the two-digit code into the prompt.
   
5. Then Microsoft apps opens where you can access email, Paycom, and other Asia Society apps.
6. Click on your profile picture or initials on the top right corner of the web page and select View Account
   
7. Choose to Change password on the My Account page
8. Choose a new password and confirm in the fields that pop up. The password must be 9 characters or longer and contain a number, lowercase and uppercase character.
