How to Overlay Calendars In Outlook

If you're used to using the old calendar system, you're most likely accustomed to the monthly calendar view that it uses. This is easy to configure on the new calendar system.

  1. Open up every calendar so you get this (extremely messy) view

  2. Select each tab of the calendar and then select Overlay, as seen in the GIF below If you don't see the Overlay button it could be hidden in three horizontal dots (ellipsis) in Outlook.

  3. At the end of the process, your view will look like this and will stay that way if you close the calendars, now you can see the calendars side by side.
