Creating Calendar Events and Adding Zoom

  1. Create a new Outlook meeting by clicking New Meeting in the Calendar tab of Outlook2017-09-14_10-59-04.png
  2. Invite the participants and if you need to, the room you want to book like it was a participant and it will populate as the location2017-09-14_11-00-39.png
  3. If you need to add a Zoom meeting Click Add Zoom Meeting
  4. A Zoom window will pop, choose to login with SSO


  5. Type in the Domain name, one-word: asiasociety
  6. It will either log you in or bring you to a browser to login with your Asia Society email address and password, you will then need to authenticate with the Microsoft Authenticator app. Then your Zoom details and link will appear in the Outlook calendar app.
